Who we are
This policy explains how Opstrel ("we", "us") handles information collected through opstrel.com. Questions go to hello@opstrel.com.
This policy covers our website, not our products
This policy covers opstrel.com only. Information that our customers handle in Opstrel products, including any patient information, is governed by our agreements with those customers, which may include a business associate agreement.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, work email, organization (if you give it) and your message. When you email us, we receive your email address and what you write.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers process your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you request, so the site can load and stay secure.
Please don't send patient information
Our website and contact form are not meant for patient or health information. Please don't include any.
How we use it
- To respond to you and talk with you about our products
- To run, secure and improve the website
- To meet legal obligations
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and they handle information only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare hosts and protects the website.
- Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our email.
- Google Fonts provides the typeface, so your browser requests it from Google, which receives your IP address.
- Our email provider stores the messages we send and receive.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business sale or merger.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't track you across other websites. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, sets cookies that are strictly needed to protect the site from bots and abuse. They don't identify you, and they aren't used for tracking or advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep normal business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, or to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@opstrel.com. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under state law, and we'll honor them as required.
Children
This website is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website or email is completely secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
